regolation of residence
The apartments are available from 16.00 on the day of arrival day until 09.30 of the departure day. The number of people charged shall not exceed the type of apartment, we don’t accept people in excess, if they are not communicated to the direction.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED
method of payment
It must be paid 30% of the total agreed upon confirmation of reservation, the payment in full must be paid on the spot by the Friday before the departure. You can pay cash, debit or credit card. Cheques are not accepted.
caution money
On the arrival it must be made a deposit of € 150.00 which will be returned on departure, after the inspection of the inventory.
usefule information
In the period from 01/06 to 30/09 we ask to pay a municipal tax of 2 euro per person per night for up to days, excluding the guests younger than 12 years.
From 05/08 to 02/09 the week must necessarily be combined with the previous or next.
cancellation policy
Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the date of arrival, which entitles you to a refund of the advance payment. No refund will be granted for cancellations made subsequently.
